If I had to start over again today, I would do exactly the same thing and would have no hesitation in purchasing the Wyma carrot line again...It was amazing how well the line fitted. I mean, the line had to be built to suit our existing building and not the other way around.

In 2003 we installed a Wyma Vege-Polisher in our carrot line at Hillside Gardens. We were amazed at the results. The carrots were much cleaner and had a very bright looking appearance. We immediately ordered a second polisher for our other carrot line. With these results, we reasoned that Wyma must have good quality equipment and in 2004 we ordered an entire carrot line. The whole potato wash line works so well. Wyma came all the way from New Zealand, listened to us, went back to New Zealand, designed the line, built it, pre-assembled it. They came back here and installed it and everything just fits together. In comparison, we bought a couple of minor components from a local supplier who operates 15 minutes from where we are and when they came to do their part, nothing fitted.... We are 100% happy with what we have got. We got as close to perfect as what we'd hope for....We have made huge savings in contract labour following the installation of the new potato wash line. It was a quick payback for us.
