Description

The Wyma Barrel Washer removes soil and small stones from produce and is used for general purpose cleaning. It has been designed to allow root vegetables to run partially or fully submerged during the wash process and features an automatic sparging system* for self cleaning. This wash system also offers multiple out-feed scoops or a submerged out-feed elevator* to ensure that produce is handled gently when exiting the Barrel Washer. For optimum results the Barrel Washer is usually followed in a processing line by a Vege-Polisher.
