Vibrating Piece Remover
Description
The Wyma Vibrating Piece Remover is effective in removing unwanted pieces from the produce flow prior to packing. It uses a directional vibrating movement to spread the produce across its width and move them onto an array of corrugated channels. This action aligns the produce with the channels and transports them in the desired direction. A series of openings in the corrugated trays allows short objects to drop through, while whole products bridge the openings and continue on to the end of the Piece Remover.
The Vibrating Piece Remover is typically used in conjunction with cross conveyors* which are located under the openings and at the end of the machine. These conveyors carry the waste and produce away for further processing.
